Greetings dear ones,
We wish to speak to you of consequences this day. Many of you are wondering what is around the corner. Events have occurred on your earth plane that have been frightening and brought sorrow and fear. Let us say to you that there is nothing to fear. Think of these events as a way to learn right from wrong. When a child is born onto your earth they grow and develop and learn to trust by being allowed to stumble and fall many times. Without these learning experiences you fail to grow and become wise as you step forward year after year.
When there are no consequences for your actions you fail to know right from wrong. When there is injustice and no justice that follows you lose trust in the process and begin to stumble once again. You see dear ones. Though many of you think you are being punished and do not understand what it is you have done to deserve what comes your way, this is not the case. It is your soul purpose to be where you are at any given time during your incarnation. Many of you have forgotten because you have chosen to not remember. You knew it was not going to be an easy path but you chose it nonetheless.
Awaken your hearts and feel the truth, the answers are within you and we say this frequently to keep you reminded of your greatness, despite the turmoil you may have to endure from time to time. As you still your mind and open your heart, you will know for yourself, what is unfolding before you. Listen dear ones and you will hear us. Each of you are capable of anything you choose, but some of you are afraid of what you might hear, what you might see so you choose to seek answers elsewhere. There is no one answer for any one of you for each of you has chosen a path of your own making.
We laugh as we see so many who think that they need to be like their brothers or sisters. You see just as life on the earth plane has many “jobs” for you to do, so as your spirit s have jobs to do and no one is the same. Do you understand? In that, we return to what we came to speak of, consequences. Are you seeing now what we are saying to you when we speak of a newborn child and the growth process you must each go through? If you constantly hold the hand of a child learning to walk, they never learn to walk on their own. If you feed them, they do not learn to use their hands or arms. As you grow you face many lessons and through those lessons you fall, but you learn to get back up and try again until you get it right. Many of you by now are realizing that some of the events that are taking place are a direct result of actions taken without forethought or care and with those actions come consequences. I hear you asking “why must I suffer at their hand, I did nothing”.
We say to you, as you teach a small child to walk, does it affect anyone besides the child when they fall and cry out? Of course it does because you ache for the spirit of that child just as you ache for one another during dire consequences as a result of mistakes. You each make mistakes and you are not the only one to endure the consequences of your actions are you? The mistakes of others, teach you, just as your own mistakes teach you, it is an ongoing process. So would you think just because some of these mistakes are grander on the scale that everyone should not learn from them? We hear your cries and we feel your outpouring heart energy, we are even saddened as we watch and can only reassure you that it is as it is meant to be. We repeat to you, listen with your heart and you will know everything you wish to know.
Understand that even if we could tell you what will happen tomorrow and the next day, few would actually listen. This is not how you learn, this is not how you grow, and this is NOT how you come back to your greatness. The fear you may feel will only serve to create unrest among you. We ask you to relax, love as much as you can, opening your heart to as many as you can and rest in the knowing that all will be taken care of. Open your hearts to us, many of you resist, now is the time to listen ever closer to the messages we bring to you each moment. We leave you now to contemplate what we have brought you and contemplate the consequences as we explained them. You will find the answers if you choose to seek them.

Good evening, as many of you search for answers within others, you only become more confused at. We ask you to look within, for each of you contain the artifacts of your own memories.
We walk among you, we walk beside you, at times, we are you. What does that mean you ask, it means that you are not living in an atmospheric arena in which you can perceive all things as they actually are.
You must look beyond to see, look where you sense the answers lie and it is there you will find. We are one with you walking in a dimension unseen by the primitive intentions which you set forth your daily journeys.
Your existence remains a mystery to only yourselves, you are the ones who fail to remember what your mission is, what you are here to bring forth. So many of you are beginning to see; as you pulsate between dimensions.
Times when you are without thought that you see glimpses of the other side, that you see us walking and moving among you. We say to you when you are ready; you will see us, you will hear us, you will understand what we are within you. This may make little sense to many and great sense to others, worry not as all will come in time. the greatness will surface for all to see.
We have been asked about the itching specifically, as it cannot be explained to one another. Think of this as a,,, shall we say shedding of skin, but not skin, do you understand.?
Changes must occur in many ways for the expansion you must go thru; surface layers have to be removed and replaced with more conducive pathways. Simply think of it as a clearing of matter in the DNA strands as you call it that no longer fit with the energies that must be balanced and maintained.
This will help you to hold the energies within yourselves for extended periods of time which in turn will elevate you to new and higher means of learning and obtaining the knowledge that will be of use to you in the near future. It is similar to what you call toxins, this is what is being drawn from you and it is a process; one in which there is no other way to prepare you.
We say to you it is good that you have one another so that you do not feel alone and confused as changes occur within and around you. Simply allow, and if you wish, ask, for we will try to answer you in words that you can comprehend. It is not easy for us to adjust to a language that we are not used to.
Abree, the one you call Brenda is having much difficulty with this transmission as the vibrations are much higher and she will have to try to make sense and adjust these writings in order to deliver them to you. We are sorry for this and we say to Abree, in time, you will adjust. And we say to you all, in time you will adjust.
Be readied as there will be vision difficulties that may be bothersome, again an adjustment is being made. Some of you are having this sensation as we speak of this. Many of you are seeing us and others, here to help you more than you realize.
The veil as it’s called is very thin, many of you are seeing things in your eyes, or shall we say FROM your eyes, that you cannot explain. Shadows, movements around you where the current mind tells you there is nothing there. You are growing and with growth come new skills, new awakenings, new adventures, new lives, and new existence. Leave despair and open to the world in creation as it prepares to enter. Abree is needing to rest at this time so we leave you for now.

Greetings dear ones, I come to you at this time to assure you that the progressions you seek are indeed beginning to manifest for you all. You have all gone thru a cleansing period in which you were asked to release and let go of outmoded behaviors and thoughts that only serve to hold you back on your journey. This was a difficult time for so many and yet it was necessary to cleanse your energies and prepare you for the next phase. Many of you suffered thru heartaches and fear, not knowing what tomorrow would bring. Yet others of you felt these energies as physical symptoms that made you feel as if paralyzed and left you unable to move in any direction. These were not easy times for you, nor for us as we watched the suffering. And yet it was all necessary to elevate you to new levels.
As we approach what you call the Spring Equinox you may notice the energies lift significantly. There has been some easing that has taken place as of recent and many of you have noticed this taking place. The tears, isolation, fears, and other emotions you have been feeling will now begin to shift more upward. You will feel more free and light and hope will return as the sunshine returns to lift you from the doldrums you have encountered over the past few months. It is now a time for clearing the old energies and beginning manifesting for the new. Take the next step forward and feel our presence as we help align you and bring you back into forward motion.
Many of you will notice this substantially, some of you will feel it more gradually. Do not worry about how quickly or slowly this begins for you. The energies around you now will be more intense than those of the past and you may feel almost dizzy at times.. You may feel as if your whole being is being pulled upward, which may be a new sensation for many of you. Dear ones, just relax, spend more time in your meditations so that your body has time to adjust to the fluctuations of energy. You will each notice this in many similar ways, such as feelings of your heart fluttering, escalating dreams of a nature you may not understand, feelings of lightness or weightlessness. You may feel pressure on the back of your necks, or a feeling that your head is expanding. These are all normal and you should not worry. Do not over analyze what is occurring, just allow it and know that it is for your highest good and the higher good of others.
As you adjust to the new energies you will begin to settle and the feelings of discomfort will wane. Time will seem to move quickly now as many changes continue to occur around you and within the earthly plane in which you live. There are many more adjustments left to come and we ask that you stay in your heart and know that things are progressing in a manner to situate you at a vibrational level that you are ready for and this dear ones is in direct relation to what you yourself have prepared for. Do not feel as if you are not progressing as quickly as your neighbor, for there is no exact place to hold at this time. You ARE where each of you needs to be at this time, rest assured of that.
Many of you now will see doors open that have been closed to you, or appeared closed to you. The stagnation you have felt will now lift and you will freely begin to move again into a more pleasant time. This is not to say the difficulties are over, but more of a reprieve for you to regain some balance you felt was lost. Breathe deeply, stay in your heart, extend love and compassion to others and know that we watch over you, we love you, and we are here at any time you wish to call upon us. This we bestow upon you now and always. As I go now, know in your hearts that you are loved and much cared for by each and every one us. Many Blessings dear ones.

Greetings Dear ones,
I come to you today to lift the frequencies around you in order to raise your vibrations. You are in a troubling month with much energy creating disharmony and non truths. Center yourself in the light and know that we are with you always. This is an adjustment that is needed in order to prepare for the higher frequencies to come. There will be many light workers who will fall away as they are not speaking our truth. Be careful who you follow as many are not in the light at this moment in time. The transitions are occurring for a reason. They soon will pass. We ask you to stay with your truth and not be led astray. This is a time of testing and there will be those who will rise and there will be those who fall back. This is needed to bring balance to many and redirect them on the path they have chosen to follow. This is not a punishment but a cleansing for things that need to be swept away in order for the progressive energies coming in very soon. March will be a month of rising and very high energies that will take getting adjusted to. You may feel as though your bodies are going thru very nervous times. A vibration in the body. You are approaching a turning point and it may feel uncomfortable to some. There will be times of emotional releases and this is necessary as you move into the higher energies. Do not worry; no harm will be done, though it may frighten some of you. Relax and quiet the mind, get proper rest and be careful what you are eating and all will go smoothly. It is important at this time to commune with nature as it will bring peace to your bodies and your mind as this transition occurs. Walk in your own light and do not allow others to cloud the way. These are challenging times for you and we have great faith that you will sail through them effortlessly. Stay in the heart and be careful of the mind filtering out injustices to others. The frequencies are increasing at a rather rapid pace now. We know many of you are very sensitive to the energies and you will be the ones who feel these shifts the most. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water as this well help you through the adjustment periods. Trust that this is for the higher good of all and will bring more love around you as a whole. Hear us when we call you, for many of you will be asked to do things that your mind may question. Trust that we know what is best for you and follow the path we light. Walk in love not in fear as you continue on your journey and you will go far. Remember dear ones we are always with you and all you need do is call on us and we will be there to assist. Allow the heart to lead you, as it will place you where you need to be. Remember that you are loved as I leave you now.

Dear ones, we cannot press upon you enough how important it is to heal destructive situations in your lives. Many families are being torn apart by actions, words, and deeds from the past. You are turning away from loved ones and leaving holes in your spirit. It is time to turn back and heal the wounds of yourself and others. Do not carry this burden upon your heart, for we are here to help lift the weight that has become so heavy for you to carry.
Your family is important, as they give you strength; they provide the grounding and nurturing that you so hunger for. Lift that burden to us and let us show you how to begin healing. Forgive the ones you feel have placed undue burdens on you, forgive them for making your heart heavy. Allow yourself to be healed in this process, for it will free you and allow your spirit to soar.
Give of yourselves to anyone who is needy. Dear ones you have much to give, though you think you have nothing. You have your spirit to lift others spirits. You have a smile to make another smile. You have time to care, for those who need to be cared for. You have tears to cry when someone needs to feel understood. Do not turn your back on those who need forgiveness and healing, for you need it as well. No one is perfect; no one is pure, look to the future without burdens for these burdens keep you from soaring. Do not despair for we are with you, we will guide you and help you to fly. Please ask of us to intervene and begin the healing process. Time is slipping away.

We are around each of you, working to lift you up from the heaviness that surrounds you. We don’t always answer prayers in the way that you may expect and you feel as if we have abandoned you in your time of need. That is NOT the case! There are times we see a better way for you to have what you ask for, that will better your life and direct you further onto your life journey.
Be grateful for all things as we lift you to new heights. There are miracles all around you, and yet you do not see them. Be aware of our presence, watch for the things you don’t understand and be amazed by little things that begin to happen in your life. Give Thanks.
When you walk in the light, be thankful for the endings in your life, as they will bring new beginnings. Ask for our help, yet don’t be specific, trust in us to work to your highest good and release all worries. Fear and worry, brings more fear and worry to you; trust in us to bring you what you need.
Forgive others and release them to us for healing. In doing so, you will be healed. These are such simple things that will bring so much in your lives. As your heart grows with love so will we grow in your heart. Be still and listen for we are there to guide you.
